Seeing Things while trying to sleep

I came in our apartment.I wanted to call one of my friends up to tell her,but the phone was dead. So i went to bed, thinking that i will tell her tomarow.

I am adown to earth kind of person.Devorced with a 19 year old daughter who comes on here.Maybe not the ufo one:)I don't drink or do drugs.

This would happen to me too, when i was little. it was usually a grey being morphing big and small right before i passed out and i always just went with it, mainly because i didn't know what it was and was curious. i didn't have it for a long time and the other night it happened and i felt like i was morphing as it did, it was a weird feeling and i knew it wasn't anything to fear but i still opened my eyes because it was just too weird.

the only advice i have on this is the same as every one else's. just go along with it, it cannot harm you. study it, but do not fear it. you may learn something from it.
