How to connect with our higher self?
Well, I'm not even sure if I should be on the right thread for this, but anyway, how do I get in touch with my higher self? Do I need to raise my vibrations first?

You connect to your higher self in the same way as you connect to any other being.
The higher self will respond when you are ready for it.
Just remember, the higher self will connect to you through the top of your head, other lets say 5D entities or beings might connect to you on the level of the face, perhaps third eye, or I had them come in through the eyes, the all have a different signature.
Higher 4D entities most likely come through the heat region.
Anyone lower than the heat I would block.
