Becoming a vampire?

After the death of our bodies and reincarnation process when it’s time for our soul to die… you would think that’s it?! But what would it take to become a vampire? The soul reincarnating instead of the body? After soul death occurs would then the soul be transformed to a vampire- the undead??

Would our skins sparkle in the light like Twlight because the soul is undead and light is of the living??
