feeling so very tired and burned out.
I kept going and going taking care of everything and everyone. And now I have crashed. I am exhausted and in a brain fog. Feeling like I need to get back to my old self but maybe that is the problem I don't need to do that. I can barely do simple tasks. And feel so confused at times. I did see this coming distinctively I saw the date visually when this was going to happen but I did not put the two together. I feel others are waiting for me to get back to normal but I don't want that it goes against what feels right for me. I have been doing it all. At times I wonder if this fog and confusion is a good thing for someone who is always on top of it all. So very tired. And feeling so little joy for so long. The reaction to stress steels the joy. Thanks for listening.

Try a good multivitamin or see if you have a thyroid problem..

PLEASE will you try this? It's MORE than a smoothie or "energy drink". It contains a nutrient (PQQ) that has not only been proved to revitalise and repair the mitochondria of cells, but to create NEW mitochondria - which, until now, was thought to be impossible! (Nutrient pills of PQQs are currently selling at £85 and more; this is cheap and easy).
Take a kiwi fruit or two and cut off the ends, but leave the skin. Pop them into a blender.
Add some (a good bunch of) Spinach leaves.
Add citrus juice (orange or grapefruit) and some fresh parsley (if required, because it's the only ingredient that is a little more expensive).
And blend until smooth. Then drink and enjoy.
If you make this part of your daily routine, it does more than give you a burst of energy, like other "energy drinks". It will help repair and revitalise the mitochondria (the energy powerhouses of the cells) and form new ones, so that you have increased adenosine triphosphate instead of running on lactose.
No need to understand any of it (although you can youtube any of those organelles to understand, or the workings of the "eukaryotic cells" and all will be revealed).
Do try it. Actual cellular support and repair! From lovely, natural items that are high in PQQs and don't cost too much at any supermarket (although the fresh parsley might be a tad more).

You are aware of what is happening, that's the main thing, try not to put expectation onto yourself right now,. just be still, and let go of all that you are or were clinging to, forget about the old you, that belongs in the past, be still, be here and now, all else will take care of itself. All the best.

Be kind to yourself Hernam. Doing for others at the expense of your own well-being isn't good for you and robs you of the ability to continue to help.
Step back. Ground yourself.
You say you saw it coming. Analyze what "it" is, if the brain fog allows clear thought on subject. Ask your mind and body what they need to feel "right" again. And then do whatever they need you to do.

Thank you. I was diagnosed many years ago with a mood disorder bipolar to be exact. I went the medicine route for a while. I felt in a hazy fog which these medicines do. It 31st until I was off of them 2.5 years ago I had my first awakening. I also during that time had my forth child. If you go to a psychiatric he will tell you it is mental illness if you go somewhere else they will tell you it is stress.
I know this. My brain is very tired, it is wI red a bit different then others. I can't handle a lot of stress. When I am on I am really on and when I am not I need to go in a room and shut the door and hide from the world. And that is okay. I get over stimulated. I also able to communicate with spirits through Clair audience so that throws a little it more in the mix. When I step back and look at all this yeah of course you are burned out. Ito seems to be a cycle. Sorry for the typos u am on my phone

Dear Hernam, I am very sorry to hear about your burnout. A lot of us here are natural "givers" and I think a lot of us will understand what you are going through.
Here is what works for me when I feel very drained and/or sad. Maybe it will work for you? :)
- meditating or practicing mindfulness while doing my daily chores. My favorite meditation is Twin Hearts Meditation, it cleanses your aura and chakras and flushes you with powerful and clean new energy
- asking for help and receiving energy healing
- spending time in nature (gardens, forest, seaside) or interacting with natural "things", for example playing with my cat, touching crystals, watering a house plant
- taking a salt water bath (in bathtub or in the sea, even better) or taking a shower and rubbing my body with salt for about 2 minutes (it cleanses off old, dirty energies)
- staying away from social media which I find very invasive and low-vibration
I am reading a great book at the moment called Assertiveness for Earth Angels by Doreen Virtue. It might not help you with your current condition but it could do you some good in the future, as it teaches us how to put boundaries and how to protect ourselves when we have a very giving nature.

Thank you Ninoushka my grandmother was born in Nice , France. Yesterday I went outside and grounded myield. There was a wonderful windstorm which I love watching the trees dance about. Yes I seem to have let everything go as far as caring for myself and this is a big problem for givers.
