Book1 Changing the inner

Hi

I have done a small test which was about choosing 10 positive things about a character you like and 10 negative things about a character you dislike. Then 3 positive things about the character you dislike , and 3 negative things about the character you like. Then choose the 3 form the 10 positive/ negative adjectives about these two characters.

we have now 6 adjectives from the 10 positive and negative. add these 6 to the 3 negative things about the character you like , and 3 positive about the character you dislike.


Now we have 12 adjectives , then choose 6 most important adjectives.

These 6 adjectives are in your personality weather you admit it or not.

This test was to observe the inner to change the outer . I found 3 negative things about me .. I want to change .. but how ? should I use affirmations?

What positive traits would you like to be in their place? Practice these behaviours every day for a year.

You can't think your way out. Application is the key.

Problem is we don't want to change, we want to talk about it instead.

Positive and negative is all about balance. Think of a situation in which that negative trait becomes an asset. Or if the negative trait is negative because it is extreme what would a milder version of it be called and in what situation may that be positive?

For example ... timid becomes cautious if it is in relation to potentially dangerous people or situations


Accept the way you are and if you need to change something just find a new balance.
