Question about channeling healing...

Uh, how do you do it?

I recently received a message from Raphael, that I could serve as a channel for him to reach a person directly to heal them, but I have no idea how to do that.

I'm confused, lol. Anytime I think of channeling, I think of trance channeling and I'm not sure if I can do that. I've never been able to go in trance while meditating on my back, much less sitting up and healing.

I dunno, just a bit confused and would like some help. Thanks in advance!

This is one of those things that is likely unique to the individual. I can say that for me, I channel divine/source and earth energies by focusing intent and bringing the energy in through crown and root chakras and then out my hands to a person.

For your Raphael energy, you could try connecting with him (in whatever way resonates with you) and then channeling out your hands or heart chakra for that matter. Focused intent.

It may take experimenting with different ways to see which is the most effective.
