Library of Wisdom and Compassion
Just a reminder that among the vast field of Buddhist teachings and translations this series of seven (so far) books by the Dalai Lama is superior. They are sequenced from introductory to basic to deeper and all are comprehensive, being rooted in traditional scriptures, not opinions:

You couldn't go wrong reading these, full of lore and Buddhist Wisdom. The Dalai Lama is a top man always was and always will be in my eyes. God Bless. Joe.

The Dalai Lama is even more awesome when one meets him in person, as one can feel his delightful energy as I did when I attended one of his lectures in NYC. Unforgettable.
