Where should i post my problem?

Hi, i came to this forum because of a problem i would like to share to see if someone can help me, and i would like to know in wich forum in Spiritual Formuns i should post it. I dont know if it is appropriate for this forum but this is the problem: for a while now ive had this problem where i think my body is not my own, it looks different, i think that it changed and it doesnt look how it used to look and how it should look. My psychiatrist told me that it could just be a problem with my mind but also that it could be something else releated to physics or something like that, he told me that i could have traveled from another alternate reality where i look different and i have many questions. I would like to know if anyone has any different explanations to what happened to me or if someone can explain to me the physics thing, how to know if it is in fact what happened to me and how to fix it.
