Heartburn
I know one person from ,have heartburn a lot (usually 4-5 times a week even when I don't eat any spicy foods). Is there a good home remedy for this? I don't like taking any of the OTC medicines that often, seeing as how I have to take more than the recommended dosage for it to do any good! Any help would be appreciated! God bless!
