Astral Projecting for Dummies
How do you begin, and what are the pros/cons of doing it? What's it like?
I can't even call myself a newbie--I've never tried astral projecting. Maybe the whole past life regression experience is similar, but that's it.

Read William Buhlman books. They are good books.
Practice meditating and do an ap technique. If it does not work then keep practicing. Eventually it will happen.
