It is not a case of blaming the subconscious or unconscious for anything. It is simply recognising what is present and creating the reality of our everyday experience. The external is a reflection of the internal, even if ultimately there is neither external nor internal.

As for your other comments, unfortunately I have no idea what you are trying to say.

Your inability to understand it is what I was trying to say. So you did understand it. You have to experience it, but the unveiling is not done by some thing. The unveiling happens as a result of realisation. The illusion of every single "reflection." The first and final realisation is what duality truely is, and it happens in three stages or dimensions.

In my experience it happened in three linear stages. First there is the mastery of duality and transcendence, then the realisation of its infinite omnipresence, which accelerates realisation via suffering, what people call hell. And then stage 3, is that suffering is realised to be producing a desire for nondual realisation. And since the production of the desire is eternal and infinite, the realisation of the non-dual (law of attraction) is eternal and infinite also. The desire for permanence, which causes the consciousness to forever keep callibrating through infinity to ever accelerating and thus expanding approximations of the absolute.

That is why there also isn't a reflection. Whatever you experience internally or externally, future present or past. They are all duality. The unconscious is just as dualistic as the conscious. Meaning, there is no such thing as anything that is beyond duality therefor you cannot place the "answer" to the "question" anywhere. Because every answer will produce a new question.

There isn't any experience that doesn't produce a desire, including the experience of non-experience. Once this duality is realised in EXPERIENCE, UNDENIABLE experience, in full allowance and non resistance and acceptance, not mental chatter or conceptual ideas, like the pointers I am offering here... Then the desire for nondual realisation is rekindled and reawakened. That is an inevitable result of that painful disillusionment. It produces a desire for nondual realisation, which will unto itself all by itself, cause the consciousness to begin callibrating to the nondual, first by seeking and not finding in cycles that keep accelerating, as duality keeps accelerating... And then this will cause resonance to begin to occur slowly gently bit by bit, over the course of many many years. Untill all dualities begin to slowly more and more, bit by bit, begin to more and more, bit by bit, more often reveal the absolute.

That absolute is not in your "unconsciousness". The idea that it is in your unconsciousness, or that it is your unconscious is only half a truth. It is just a dualistic idea and illusion. Which is based on linear time frequency, of consciousness, which experience the before realisation and after realisation. When the nondual is approximated, such things as before and after are left behind ongoingly evermore left to the untrueness that it has always been, the non existence of it.

If you use that approximation to navigate time and space reality more effectively, you will be blocking the inevitable flow of the approximation, which would be either very painful or if not, then it would proof that one does not have any such desire for nondual realisation, which then would proof that this one does not have had any realisation of what duality truely is. Because duality is NOT a reflection. I can promise you that.

It is an ever expanding inseperable vibrational fractal ever expansion of infinite self similar variety. Which all of it is inseperable by its vibrational and dualistic and thus illusionary nature of itself. Which means that it doesnt actually exist, but this is the nature of ALL THE THINGS that don't actually exist. And all these things are made out of the infinite boundless consciousness that you are.

So there is value in using the word reflection, but only up to a certain point. Because the reflection is also an illusion. It is part of the duality that is illusionary. The absoluteness of the duality is that it is unrealisable. That you can FOREVERMORE realise it, and the more you realise it, the more there will be for you to realise... It...

Because this is how creation works. It is all vibrational and relative and illusionary and thus ever expanding and extending. Ever evolving. But once this is known, the desire for nondual realisation begins to grow. And that is when the eternal consciousness begins to come into the picture and talk about such things as "Law of Attraction."

However the realisation of law of attraction is an eternal process. Of consciousness. Yes, you can say it is unconscious, relatively speaking in human terms. But that doesn't mean you cannot and will not approximate it to infinity and beyond evermore and evermore and evermore and evermoooore and evermoooooooooore. On and on and on. And this naturally happens because the desire to realise it is as inevitable as the infinite and eternally ever expanding nature of all creation and duality. And since all of creation is a duality, you cannot go anywhere without producing a desire to realise the nondual. Wether you go internal or external.

Sure there is a great necessity in our world to go internal. But that is just a temporary and relative thing. After you master the internal, then you will still not be free from duality. You will just come to a greater realisation of what duality actually truely is and thus what ALL things in and of creation truely thus really are. They are all the essence of what it truely means to be relative. This is equally true for what is internal and external.

Then this realisation will naturally produce a desire to realise what is absolute and unchanging.

Now even tho this is just my experience. This IS where all of creation is headed towards. But this does not mean that we will have an ABSOLUTE realisation of the absolute. We will just have a desire to realise the absolute and realise it thus to the degree that we have realised our desire to realise it. But since the desire is infinitely and eternally unavoidable and thus irresistable... You can easily conclude the result.

Meaning it is still not freedom from duality. Rather a freedom within and of and together with duality.

And the reason that reflection is not the complete real story, is because reflection is only descriptionary of what can be experienced in linear time and space reality. Reflection is the first human approximation of Law of Attraction and nonduality. "Do unto others as you would have like done unto yourself." or "What you put out is what you get back." or "what you say, you are it." or "that which is like unto itself, is drawn."

You can say things about others, and then you will become all of that. But often people are inconsistent in their vibrational offering so they do not recognize the consistency of their vibrational reception. This is what I mean with the most nondual thing often conceals duality the best. There is no such thing as a nondual experience. All experiences are vibrational tranceivers. Meaning, your consciousness is not limitted to any experience, but there is value in experiencing limitation. But it is not original nature of consciousness. The limitation is a dualistic illusion. Because in reality, there is no experience. All experiences are but vibrational beings of becoming. It is not an unchanging thing, just like your linear timeline, may seem very absolute and unchanging, but it isnt, it's as convoluted as a cloud.

Past, present and future are thus all equally vibrational. And even beyond time and space, everything is still equally vibrational, relative and dualistic. Tho in non-physical, the vibrations are more broad and general and all inclusive and less specified. You could say non-physical is abstract, but when you experience it, you will realise that physical time and space reality is a vibrational abstraction/extension of what is non-physical.

The nondual approximation and realisation happens when both physical and non-physical are in alignment. Where you realise you are not excluded from the ability to experience linear time and space, but that it does not actually exist unto itself, that it is just an experience that one can choose to have. And tho there are infinite things beyond it, one can still have an experience of a close relative to your dimensional linear time and space reality.

Like seeing a paused video where the vision seems paused but one can still have a vibrational experience of a vibrational vision that SEEMS to be nonvibrational, but is still very much vibrating. Because that is the nature of consciousness and even the light, let alone the object that seems to reflect it are made out of the same one infinite unbounded consciousness.
And in the same manner, one can have an experience of your 5 human senses, that are literally "frozen" in time. Meaning, the life is paused, but all the 5 senses are still there. The smell is frozen, the taste is frozen, vibrationally it is still there, the touch is frozen, the sight is frozen, the environment is frozen, the believe system that produces the awareness of environment is frozen, the hearing is frozen, all sensations are frozen, time is frozen, but it is still vibrationally there, all motion is frozen, all space is frozen, but it is still vibrationally there. Why? Because consciousness is unbounded. And all experiences are vibrational extensions of it.

You cannot create such an experience, because you are not yet the consciousness. Atleast you have not realised yet that you are the consciousness that is experiencing all of this in the way that "you" do. And then again, who is you? Are you interpreting it to be your human self or the one that chooses to explore it in the way it is doing so. Because THAT one is not limitted to any human characteristic whatsoever. It can explore humandom and extract intentions from that, to expand upon. But it doesnt ask the human what it wants to experience, because the human is not even really there.

It's intentions are to CREATE or EXTEND itself from itself to itself within itself of itself as itself for itself, etc, etc... Dualsitically and vibrationally and inseperably and unboundedly and infinitely to the point of INFINITE ACCURACY. That is SUPERDETERMINISTIC.

And this part is what people so often misunderstand. They think that they are the one doing all of that. But the human they believe themselves to be, does not even exist. It is not an illusion in the sense of "oh you will die so you dont actually exist." No! THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO DIE! You are going through a vibrational expansion that is infinite and also accurate to infinity. And sometimes people experience the accuracy of it and then MANIFEST the experience with conversations about Law of Attraction.

This one who talks about Law of Attraction is YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. They don't exist out there. They are YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS talking to itself. In linear time you experience as if you have talked to yourself, and then you listen. But it doesnt happen that way! Your consciousness creates both external and internal realities simultaneously. Every single experience you have is a here and now evolving resonance between the omnidimensional omnisimultaneous vibrational extensions and expansions of your own consciousness.

There is no reflection thus! Because there is no mirror!
To explain this, first know that your consciousness is unbounded by any limitation, and it thus has infinite capacity to vibrate infinite frequency.
And if you understand or assume atleast this, Now I have to explain it in two dimensions. Or two stages. And notice the difference and similarities.
1. There is just the vibrational RESONANCE/DISSONANCE of your vibrational consciousness resonating/dissonating with the vibrations of your vibrational consciousnss. RELATIVE EXPLANATION OF THE INFINITE FRACTALITY OF ALL BEING.
2. There is just the UNIVEREAL RESPONSE that ALL vibrations have to vibrations. ABSOLUTE EXPLANATION OF THE INFINITE FRACTALITY OF ONE BEING.

There is hardly any difference here. Even tho the capitilized words are interchangable, the relative one experiences the illusion of free will. The absolute one realises that even its realisation of its free will is relatively superdetermined by by the Absolute God Source Consciousness.
The ALL THAT EXISTS. Has relativity and free will and change.
And The One is absolute. Infinite but unchanging.

And further than this I can only talk... And the words cannot go there.

The free will is also infinite and eternal and thus has aspects of the absolute, but it is BOUND to experience only portions or fractalities of the infinite. And all of these things are one and the same. They are always interchangable because they are always inseperable. And that is the glue of all dualities of infinite variety, the inseperability of the infinite duality is what makes it infinite and eternal and ever expanding/extensional.
And the reason they are inseperable is because the vibrations are all one inseperable thing! They are infinite extensions of one thing, and that one thing is the absoluteness of relativity and the relativity of absoluteness.

Meaning freedom will only ever always be able to choose infinite different variations and self similar expansions of what it has already chosen. And thus forever slightly different and thus never ever the exact same choice. And thus it is also absolute and beyond free will. Because the freedom cannot stop choosing except relatively.

And this is what Law of Attraction refers to and what Creation is.
There will always be infinite evermore expansions and explanations and perspectives of it.
It is the omni present reality of all that exists. It is the very nature of existence itself. And thus also all the nature of all the things that does exist.

So wether you are a rock or a human, there is the absolute and relative there. And thus there is consciousness there and they thus always coexist for this eternal omni present consciousness, that can evolve exactly because its absoluteness os infinitely inseperable. And so words fail here, the point is not only to experience it but to simply recognize it is already always happening, always has been and always will.

And all things are thus the same one consciousness. It doesnt matter how you experience or what you experience, your consciousness is forever inseperable from any and all things that you will experience. But that doesn't mean you are it, because you will only ever be able to experience a changing relative point of view, which is made out of the absolute and so this omni dimensional truth is absolute, but even its truth can be forever changed the experience of. That is the nature of consciousness and creation and law of attraction.

No need to "use" the law of attraction. It is always being what it is. You can only use the relationship you have with it. And the thing you are having a relationship with is you. And your relationship with yourself is sponsored by law of attraction. Not literally. But in the sense that law of attraction is the absolute nature of existence, that contains your ability to have a relationship with yourself. And that also includes your ability to experience linear time and space reality. Which is ever changing. As even time and space can reveal what is beyond it.

So you are always so infinite and so eternal that it is silly to talk about it. And that is what I love about it. No matter what I say, you will always be infinite times more than all of it. So the approximation to the absoluteness of your being is infinite and eternal also.

Ofcourse then people say "well, give me a break..." And I have infact all this time been only talking about the unchanging nature of who and what you are. And look at how much change has happened. I can continue on giving you a break all the way to infinity and beyond. And it will not ever change the ever change. That is what is so unchanging about it. So easy and effortless and absolute.

And then people say "I'm going to use law of attraction to change things." And that is what I find funny. You can learn about law of attraction to understand that things are never the same. Even tho law of attraction refers to the one thing that will always be the same. Our reference to it will always change. So one cannot use the law of attraction, it just is. One can learn about it to at best change the way one relates to themselves. To change definitions about the self and then experience how that is experienced which then expands the understanding of law of attraction. Because it always is just what it is. Like existence.

Anyway, I think thats more than enough.

If there are fear based thoughts, it is not wise to turn your attention away from them into something "positive". It is much more healthy to inquire deeply within oneself about the fears, and to FEEL the fears.

You may feel good if you turn your attention to more positive things, but remember every single fear that has not been neutralized by understanding still slumbers in your subconscious and unconscious minds, until you bring them out into awareness and deal with them without any evasions or "positive" substitutions.

The Buddha called these negative thoughts "slumbering giants in the unconscious". You need to face them before they truly go away. There is a reason why there is conflict between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind. Dont deny or evade that reason, but enquire into it. You may discover something new and interesting about yourself.

They KEY to a happy life is understanding, not the power to manifest your dreams.

Yeah funnily enough we understand by suffering also. "I don't want something, but I don't know or understand what I don't want. I want to understand but dont know how, and suffering forces me to understand."
The suffering forces one to begin to learn the cause of suffering. And then when it is understood, the misunderstanding that caused the suffering is gone. The actions change, life changes, attraction SEEMS TO change.

But in reality, the attraction didn't change much. One just realised what they were actually attracting. All along. And what changed is their misunderstanding that functioned as resistance to what has been the good truth all along, what they have been truely attracting all along. The good truth and the good reality. They are always there. But can only be experienced once the resistance of misunderstanding is resolved/released..

There are so many possible misunderstandings. As understanding grows, the misunderstanding also grows. And the reason is because the FOUNDATION is not there. The nondual foundational understanding, what you call the KEY is not there.

People grow up thinking God is a human up there in the sky. The mind cannot understanding what is nondual. Because most humans grew up with dualistic teachings. But nonduality cannot be taught. Or spoken. Or communicated verbally. Not easily atleast. If perhaps not at all. The mind simply cannot grasp anything that is nondual. Such as "I am."
The mind thinks ok, I am creating my reality its attraction. But who am I? Am I the mind?
Who am I? What am I?

When the mind approaches nonduality, infinite paradoxes of the mind begin to reveal themselves. And it can actually be harmful and dangerous without a proper nondual teacher. And since the mind cannot understand nonduality, where is the mind going to find a nondual teacher?

This is issue has existed for so long. And the nondual is so infinitely simple, that it becomes almost impossible to teach it. Because there are not even words that will ever be able to accurately describe it. And the moment the describing starts its just "cutting the weeds" endlessly... And the weeds keep growing back. And you unroot them and new weeds pop up again. And then people give up. Because if it is too difficult, it is actually counter productive. If teaching something so simple becomes so difficult, the teaching becomes corrupted. It becomes riddled in paradoxes, self contradictions and misunderstandings, that keep expanding. And then people think they have to fight to find a nondual realisation. When infact they need to surrender every single thing that they believe exists, including the mind. And even that statement can be misunderstood in so many ways. Because then people want to investigate their beliefs. "What kind of beliefs is he talking about?"

All teachings are showing the way towards nondual realisation. But even that word "nondual realisation" is not perfect enough. Because realisation still happens at the level of the mind. Because nondual simply is, and it seems to contradict every single thing that a human can understand. Because the human cannot even find 1 single thing that simply is... Everything that the human experiences is in a state of becoming. Nothing simply is just being... It is all becoming...

So instead of looking for 1 single thing, one needs to understand that the nondual is about the inseperability and oneness of all things. So for sure existence is 1 thing. But it isnt a thing either... Because things exist. But existence is not subject to any thing.

And this is so difficult to explain and teach because then you risk further misunderstandings, because if you say to people "no god is not subject to you." then they emmediately perceive a seperation between themselves and God. They think "oh well then God obviously doesnt care about me."

And you can further dwell in sifting and sorting misunderstanding "God is beyond caring!" and then they will further misunderstand "oh so God not only doesn't care about me... GOD WILL NEVER CARE ABOUT ME." Hahahaha. So many endless misunderstandings, that block the realisation of something so simple.

Now you understand why teaching nonduality is so important, because every single misunderstanding arises from it. The more someone understands nonduality, the less misunderstanding they have. But their understanding is not mental. It has to be known at the core being level. It has to be embodied. And even then, that doesn't mean they can teach it to anyone. Because that is what the Law of Attraction says. You cannot interfere with anyone.

If someone is not ready for nondual understanding, you can literally harm them by "forcing" them to learn it. And if someone is ready for it, it doesnt matter who does or not teach it to them. They will receive their nondual realisation, regardless of anything. When the desire to know it is there... Existence becomes their primary teacher. And they will not even know it. Because the desire is still in duality, and so their perspective will never even understand what that existence is that is teaching them. Untill ofcourse they realise the nondual, at which point they will become of those who will never be able to teach anything to anyone. They will just become the dreamer of dreams, that is the being of becoming.

yes, there are two ways to understand. one of them is suffering. the other is to see "what is" with absolute clarity. By "what is" I dont mean nondual truth, but the truth about whatever you want to understand. For example, if you have been mistreated by your husband very badly, you may think that all men are dominating, controlling and mean. But penetrating through those layers of emotions, is the simple clarity that the world also has many good men. In this case, it is relatively easy to see "what is", but if one is deceiving oneself about something, then seeing the motive behind the self deception is not so easy.

I agree with the inquiring within...I sure do not agree with feeling the fear, my opinion.
The people I know feel so much fear already!

I had fears and worries many years ago, boy did I!
It was faith in God and using that logic that there was no need to have any
fears or worries that changed my entire life and that they did nothing to help, anyway!!
It worked - it worked well! :)
(Just offering that to anyone with fears reading here.)

Seems to be two different approaches here. Perhaps the best approach depends on whether the fear arises primarily on a mental or emotional level.

If fear arises as an emotion then the best way to deal with it is to open oneself up to it and really feel the fear arising, without trying to suppress it. This fear then becomes just an energy moving through us which then dissolves.

If fear arises as a thought (I don't want this to manifest in my life) then we notice that the thought is present but do not give it further energy.

Some may say that we cannot have a fearful emotion without a fearful thought behind it and we cannot have a fearful thought without some fearful emotion arising, but I suggest that thoughts and emotions are experienced on different levels.

Peace
