80/20 Method
Let's keep it the more simple and effective as possible!
1 - Setup at an alarm clock +4 Hours to the time you think you will fall down to sleep for sure.
2 - You will have to get out of your bed. You will need to find a place to lie down and do the techniques in your house. It could be your couch, or a blanket in the floor
3 - You put your body position looking to the ceiling, and all you have to do is visualize yourself already out of the body:
Walking throughout different environments such your house, different cities, your favorite beach, a forest, a park, a river, etc. Playing with the different environments as if you were truly there right now, and make it fun
That's it. SIMPLE.
If you lose concentration bring it back into focus again.
If you have an urge to put a more comfortable body position in order to fall down to sleep, don't do that and keep the focus again.
You do this for as long as possible.
Finally - Your body will finally give up control, and shut down to sleep mode anyways.
Then there is a high % chances (not 100%), that you will shoot up above your physical body without any vibrations whatsoever having an out of body experience.
Just like that automatically without any previous signals like vibrations.
You will find yourself fully awake, with full control having an out of body experience.
It takes daily repetition, persistance and courage.
Commit for 60 days in a row if you still didn't have your 1st one.
There is no external force, being, angel, god, karma, devil, higher self or whatever you want to call them that is blocking your results - It's all you, and your method.
