Agree that you don't have to verbalise your spirituality in order to be it but I was answering a question posed on this so it served as a useful guide i.e. to help gain some clarity.
As for defining what good is....maybe going by the vibe is useful?
Disagree that we're all just a bunch of children making a mess....sure we are still emotionally primitive (hence the wars) but some of us are endeavouring to spearhead us on to a more progressive plane. Would you not agree?

which vibe? as it turns out there are a lot of them  . Yeah but I know what you mean lol...
still, there IS that pesky quote from jesus 'only god is good'. So maybe there is something fundamentally wrong with the vibe we have going that we are not yet willing to face? And by continuing with it each of us is making the same 'sin' (for lack of a better word) that each before us made? So maybe taking the vibe that is going, as it is, without modification, the way we all want to, isn't the answer after all?
anyway I agree about trying to make it better for people... but along the lines of what you said... people in different sects don't seem to all agree about what would make it better????

...with regard to the conversation in last few posts, I would change the word "good" , to "perfect". Many of us are good but none of us are perfect , and that is probably what I would assume Jesus meant .
( But I'm only guessing)....
