Kundalini and anger

How do you deal with old anger coming up to the surface? Sometimes I just want to scream and cry about things that happened to me in the past

They say - forgive, detach, move on...

Kundalini brings up everything inside us
same as when you're hosing out a dirty bucket
first the garbage comes out
then it becomes clean
of course it still stay dirty if you keep feeding it with dirt

Don't give it power - detach.
Observe it from a more empowered space, a space of objectivity
and if you can from your happy place
Reframe it
look for other ways to look at the situation that caused it
did it make you stronger
did you learn anything
is there anything positive that came out of it
If it's too big of a leap to forgive and forget
then simply detach
If your right hand is hammering a nail and accidently hits your left hand
your natural impulse is not for your left hand to hammer your right hand back
but to give it a loving touch
God is love

If anger is still there, then you need to dig deeper into the root cause
what purpose is that anger serving
that you are still clinging to
This can be long difficult work, figuring out why we cling to negativity
It's amazing but usually we are looking for love
and we go about it in this weird way through the negativity

try to shine your light
grace is always there
we live in a field of grace
we are never alone in this journey to light

Nothing like a good scream. Let it all out.

Humility helps. Accept that these things may happen to you.

@ AngelRain … it is not clear what anger and kundalini have to do with each other. Could you elaborate please?

Observe the anger but do not react.

If you can, at the moment of anger attack, go out to the nature, close your Eyes and imagine the anger, as energy, getting up to your head or bottom to your feet then out to the nature.
Imagine that the nature does have a need for this type of energy.
Imagine that the nature is returning a type of energy, which it can not use (just like you can't use the energy of the anger)
but which will benefit you.
Imagine the exchange as a circle. If you are sending the energy out of your head, the returned energy is coming up from your feet, up to the head.
Imagine this circling energy until the anger looses its momentum and do 3~4 extra exchanges.
Try to feel that you are at peace.

If you can't go out, then use the Earth as the exchanging destination.

Kundalini and Anger ?
Kundalini is the Energy which, when awakened, runs from the bottom chakras up through all Chakras.

If you look up at which demons each chakra holds, it will soon be clear that "demons" are nothing more than low vibrational thoughts which, when activated, express themselves as Anger, fear, guilt etc etc.

The experience of kundalini awakening can be painful or pleasant, depending on if the chakras are well balanced.
