The ultimate synergistic practice for health and energetic development
This is actually just an example for what i have found best for me thus far. others may find a different mix better for them.
1. Meditation
2. Diet that works for the individual
3. Pranayama
4. Exercise
5. Spend time in cold water. Where i live when im off the road there is a beach nearby. Everyone wears wet suits. Its cold. I spend time in the cold water. Its absolutely amazing what it does energetically and health wise. Whats weird is over time once im in it can feel warm. lol
