Aura questions
About 14 years ago I felt unwell and my friend responded that my aura was “shattered” and I needed to go to the hospital. My bosses thought I was fine. My doctor rushed me to get testing and it turned out I have a very serious chronic and degenerative condition. Now I’m medicated and mostly fine. What does a shattered aura mean? Would it limit my ability to astral project?

You would have to ask your friend why he chose that term "shattered".
Beliefs are what limit us. Many of us look for reasons however. If we knew we were powerful it would be nice.

Barbara Brennan, who can see the aura, describes holes and dark spots in the aura of people who are sick. Maybe that's what your friend saw.

My aura has a name, it's called black smoke and looks like heat rising up off the body.
