Sounds pretty in tune if you ask me

Your on the path, moving as you feel and see.

It’s all the path.

The greatest gift is being in the flow of life without beliefs.

That way you open your mind to possibilities, that many holding beliefs, won’t find beyond their beliefs.

True self has its own uniqueness, that’s enough.

You see the world through your own uniqueness seeing.

You feel as you feel according to that as well.

Trying to source you and your true self in something outside of you will always lead you back to you. If your trying to cling, your true self will want you to hold lightly, especially things ‘out there’ and especially if your meant to find yourself.

Hello.

I am in my mid 30's, female person who 5 years ago started my journey of diagnosis and acceptance of ADHD and ASD.

That path in itself, I found was one of self acceptance and finding myself to belong to myself and this universe as I am. Once I was able to integrate these identities in myself with love and acceptance, I felt more freedom and liberation as myself in this world.
The journey to belonging came from the awareness that I felt that I did not belong.

All of us, in one sense, are alone because we all have unique paths to walk and unique perspectives. Not one perspective is the same as another.

This is a beautiful design from a universal consciousness view because it allows for rapid expansion

We all also belong to the universe in this sense because each one of us holds a valuable perspective which would otherwise be unknown if not for our existence

There is belonging to the universe and to self and others from this place.

As to beliefs and personal philosophies, I find they tend to flow rather then us finding one "true" resonance with any particular belief.

In my opinion this is a well designed feature of human consciousness, without this growth and change, we would stagnate as a species.

Thank you both - I love your perspectives.

Yes the more I think about it the more important getting a proper diagnosis is. I'm absolutely 99.9% sure I'm on the spectrum. I even used to stim as a child! And I've always had obsessive interests which as a child made it almost impossible to focus on anything else. I think this is partly why I had no friends at school and have never belonged anywhere. I'm extremely introverted and find most conversations uninteresting although I'm very empathic (I'm told) and feel the pain of others easily, especially animals.

For hemerA

Hey I just want to say, WHY do you want to belong to something or be a Part of something. Other peoples ways and beliefs are not what you need. Just do your own thing when and where it feels right. Show loving kindness to others as well as your self and you can’t go wrong. Believe in yourself and your own intuition. Yep getting a diagnosis for autism my be helpful.

I had to look up ASD -Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
I know way more about it now after watching a great Korean Series, "Extraordinary Attorney Woo". Netflix
Reminder Netflix does excellent dubbing into English.

For others ADHD...Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder

Finding out what to believe in and what not is a journey, a discovery, of Self mostly.
I've done a great many things myself, at first thinking, "This is what I am!" and "This is for me!" only to find out it isn't 'it'.
I too see things missing from most methods. What I began doing -not consciously really- is just do all these different things, take from it what resonates and dump the rest, then move to the next thing in time.

From all that I've created my own unique blend. I'm not a person to follow / do any single method. That's just not me.
Apparently more and more people -I think mostly the Lightworkers- are like that. They're called 'multi-faceted', or 'multipotentialite'.
The other group are 'specialists'.

Can anyone relate to this ramble?

Definitely relate. Who says you must adopt one belief system over another or at all? I definitely am spiritual but I follow no religion. I see religion like the priests in Catholicism, an unnecessary middle man. I just go straight to the source.

Yep I agree with Traveller. Man made religion is exactly that, made up by man (and funny enough benefits men more than women). Christ wasn’t a Christian and Buddha wasn’t a Buddhist. Personally I take somethings that Christ said and somethings that the Buddha said, that resonates with me and makes sense and leave the rest. If we try and show living kindness to everyone we meet, you can’t go wrong. That’s my opinion for what it’s worth💕

It is best to live with your own undersatnding of the world and we can all do that. The way I see it, it is better to understand the nature of the universe and our place in it rather than bothering with various belief systems.

Yes Kris I totally get you. We can’t change anyone, we can only change ourselves.
