Art is not a waste of time, some people use coloring books as a part of art therapy. You can take coloring
books to a higher level and investigate colors and how they influence us. Learn how each color has a
frequency, a musical note that is associated with it. Study techniques on sound and color and use them
to raise your own consciousness. People design and color their own Tarot cards, and use them to deepen
their own intuition. It is similar to using a coloring book; you will get out of it what you wish to get out of it.

if you feel it's worth the mess, continue. If it's not worth it to you maybe it's time to find something else. I love to cook, it makes a big mess. But when others tell me the meal was great it makes the trouble well worth it. It's all up to you and what you get out of it.

Art is therapeutic it is I am a spiritualist artist and I know I need to get back into it I have done on and off vacuum line friends and close to lately why I don't know but the Argos friends of mine who I love dearly
You could even make your own colouring book buy your own designs because I have as well in the past and I've come up some great creations without realising I used to do a lot when my mum was living with me and my uncle was living with me when I cannot get out a truck a lot of stress away but I did I didn't but I did a lot of Lies
But art and colouring books is amazing you stick to it and don't let anybody tell you not to
But I have been done a little bit setting off on off psychic hot on off but I know I need to get back into it because I am good at
One of my friends does animal sighting up and just got it I need to get back to human being a human being psychic of loved ones in spirit on earth plane people is coming to their life soon
I've got so many art journals and cyclic art journals it's amazing what I dropped through and sketched over the years but I need to get back into it at the minute I've had a block and I think same as posted a strata slowly unblock it
