I see 1212 a lot

Everything started 7 years ago. I started to see this number quite often and I took it as a sign that my relationship would go better after a difficult period. And it went indeed after that. Until a couple of years ago, I used to see the number rarely, not only 12, but 1212. And now that my relationship is going worse again, it's reappearing with the same frequency from the past. At the beginning, I interpreted it as a sign of changes coming, and certainly now there's some changes going on around me. It might be nothing, I'm a little skeptic about these things, but sometimes it's mind-blowing, I see it in places where I wouldn't expect it. It'd be easy if it was only 2 figures, but it's 4.
