Birthday party with family! Pizza, veggies and cupcakes! Yum!
Yesterday homemade ice cream sundays with the Auntie! They even make their own whipped cream by whisking it by hand! Lots of love and relatives and friends.

lovely german food yesterday
german brats - smoked & grilled on the BBQ
sauerkraut boiled in beer
spaetzel with tons of butter
peppers & onions to make a brat sammie
we forgot to make the red cabbage (it was available though)
and next time I will add potato knishes...

Last night we ended up with fried chicken breast with fried onions and bell peppers swimming in sour cream. And asparagus.
Now I feel less guilty if I have chili dogs tonight.

tonight I want to make breaded & baked chicken legs. My mother in law makes the best chicken wings/legs but I'm going to do my best to make them similar to hers.

last night I made fish filets for dinner in honor of Ash Wednesday and the kick off of lent.
tonight I think it'll be porkchops, and the sauerkraut I have left from Sunday dinner

One of the grandsons speared a nice Drum (local fish in the gulf) and my wife makes an awesome fish soup out of it so 'whats for supper tonight.
