Chicken, potatoes, Caribbean rice and pink beans. As long as the chicken doesn't taste like strawberries its all good.
Today i'll probably have steak, black beans mixed with sweet potatoes, platanos maduros and rice.

I had a minor procedure done yesterday at a surgery center in Colorado Springs so we ended up having leftovers last night. It's all good.
Tonight hubby will fix the kielbasa we didn't fix last night. And mac and cheese and a green salad.

I hope you are on the mend, linen!
We skipped real dinner. Bagel sandwiches. But,....
Experimented with a Granny Smith Apple, cinnamon jalapeƱo streusel. Took the seeds and membrane out so only an occasional tangy bite. Very fun!

I'm fine, thank you Anala. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes.
Chili and corn bread (made with millet grits).

Hmm, millet grits, cool idea! hmm, brings all kinds of ideas to mind.
We had tortellini soup with kale and spinach and turkey! Yum! Leftovers for the next few days. Snow is supposed to be on the way. If it is a snow day, we shovel snow and experiment bake.
Ella almost got a hold of the tiny bit of jalapeno that fell on the floor, but luckily, she sniffs before eating.

Dinner was organic black beans on organic flour tortilla's with organic red leaf lettuce with franks hot sauce. Desert was organic fruit loops like cereal with organic almond milk. I think I buy a lot of organic stuff. Yea for lunch I had a smoothy made with organic orange, organic strawberries, organic banana's, organic blueberries, pineapple juice, and sunflower seeds.
