bellybutton oiling
has anyone ever tried this?
an Indian woman at my doctor's office told me about putting oil in your bellybutton to help with inflammation and other things.
I've looked it up online, and apparently it's a real thing.
I want to know if anyone here has tried it, and what kind of results did you get?
There is so much information out there that it's confusing as to where to start.
I would like to find relief for my rheumatoid arthritis

I have Not tried it but I have been told olive oil is good thing if you put it on a bit of cotton wool and rub it across not just your belly button but other Ailments as well.

There is something amazing in Caster oil ..can't rem..starts with a 'r'...it has super absorbing power ...
so much info online, youtubes.
Oh, and women that give you their honest results.
I have some right now on a sore ligament I injured a little. Can't hurt.
Is your RA in a particular spot...tell you why later...for a poultice.
