A vision of a past life

I was meditating as usual when suddenly I found myself in a completely different environment, outside, somewhere in a forest,
way back in the past, so I was in a different time.

Right away information was downloaded into my mind, I just knew, as if I always knew but had no idea how I know.
I knew I was a little girl and I had two sisters, and I got lost and somehow died, don't know for sure how it happened,
and they were searching for me, I was around them but they could not see me. I was hovering in the air,
in the consciousness of the little girl but still having my own sense of self.

Then the whole events started playing out, I see the little girls, I see them searching for me,
I see them not being able to find me and calling for the parents for they were scared.
Then I see the body of the little girl, lifeless, and in that very moment I came back to this world and continued meditating.

No, but the first one who felt so physical, so to say, the cold air, the humidity, the gray sky, no sunlight, the vegetation of the forest, it was a dark and cold environment.

I have had a number of past life memories, each different. Some feel incredibly real, while others are seen from a third-person perspective from a distance.

A few past life memories are quite different from others. Like you, I can feel the environment, the air, including smells.

This is a crucial memory to hold onto. You are allowed to see these memories. Most people do not receive memories or fail to recognize their memories and their significance. It can happen that, in the future, you will see more about this life. That is something that happens to me. Over the years, I will see more from a specific past life, which expands my understanding. Just remember that all past lives remembered are remembered for a reason.

@PastPilot Thank you for your answer, I noticed the main theme of my past lives experiences is trauma, have you noticed anything like that related with your experiences?

It's nice to hear I am not the only one having such experiences with this level of details, it helps to keep my sanity, thank you!

Same as your over the years I've seen more and more, I went as far as millions of years ago when humanity was still at the evolution stage of being an ape but one that could walk upright, had a family and I was taking care of all of them.

Trauma may be a theme, but it may also be the lives that stick out. I did go through a series of lives with the theme "Discipline". This is why I have had several lives in the military. One way to learn discipline.

Past life memories for me have been ongoing, with every three or four years having memories that expand my understanding and memory of specific past lives.

Some of our memories go back a long way in time, but not all people will experience this or remember these. Often, we remember lives that contain unresolved issues but forget the ones that have been resolved.

Often, those we reincarnate with will be from our soul group, but not always. We do have relationships with souls from other soul groups to add diversity or to help out if other souls are not available.
