Reasons why astrology can predict certain events...

I have always been wondering why sometimes astrology can accurately predict certain events. I found an explanation below. What do you think about it? Any other explanations?

"What happens for visible things, such as soil, humus, and such, also happens for things which we cannot see with our human eyes, I mean physical eyes. It’s very amusing to see all the components of the astrological signs which, in some way, are on the path of the truth, and yet at the same time, in complete error. For example, if the child is born under the sign of Gemini, they say this or that about his characteristic manners and that it’s on account of the stars. But the stars don’t have anything to do with this; however, the electrons belonging to those famous nineteen percent and used by the astral body at the day of the birth, are responsible. Also, since our planet is constantly moving, the astrologists say it’s a correlation with the constellation in question, so then they give a tag like “he’s a Gemini”. Of course there will be a similarity between those persons born at the same time where the earth is at a precise point in space, par rapport to the Gemini, but the Gemini has nothing to do with this chain of events.

What makes the difference between this group of persons and another group, is simply the fact that nature ON EARTH had, during that short moment in time, added a few of the nineteen percent of the electrons to the rest of them when those people were born during that period. And nature, having its own cycle which is repeated again and again, just as the tides are triggered by the moon, would bring to itself those electrons which will have more “memory” similarities between them at this very period than the electrons that would be distributed during the period of Cancer for example."

Can you clarify what is meant by electrons in this explanation?

Electrons are just electrons... it is said that ghosts are composed of electrons, so is our astral body.

But why are some of the astrology predictions so accurate?

But by electrons do you mean those things which orbit around an atom and can be viewed through an electron microscope? In which case surely these are still physical objects, even though they are tiny. This approach reduces ghosts and astral bodies to the physical level. Others would say that ghosts are composed of etheric substance and astral bodies are composed of astral substance, both of which are more subtle than electrons.

As for why some astrological predictions are so accurate, I do not have the answers. A simplistic possibility is that constellations and planets reflect energies producing particular forces, and astrology aims to interpret the interaction of these forces as they affect each one of us. But this is nothing to do with electrons.

I agree two people born on the same day that have the same sign are not going to be alike. I believe that is based on the Decans of the zodiac though and the rest of the planets maybe being in a person's chart.

Decans can provide a more detailed account of an individual's personality traits and character and reveal how people born under the same Star Sign can be very different.
