Another one that i did some minutes before.It helped to silence the monkey mind for a while,since names and labels are time related and only the surface of the iceberg.
Without names,the monkey mind cannot interfere that much.
For a moment i imagined how it would be if there was no name given to anything at all.Not only in my mind,but in the whole existence.Just no names.
I jumped into that mode and started looking around my room.Everything was the same,but now there was no name for the curtains,the bed,or anything else.
I observed my breath,the darkness behind my eylids,my hands,etc.
I started to feel tingles in the third eye area and energy sensations.The moment i started to 'receive' infos i got excited about it,and it threw me out.The monkey mind jumped in with pride to tell me ''it's working,isn't it''?
