Multiple 5+ AP/OBE's Today! (Sunday)

I was in such a wonderful state of mind, that by just closing my eyes for 1 minute, after a "natural awakenning", I could have another Astral Projection

Today I decided to let my self surprised, by getting new & random AP experiences instead of controling them.

In one of them, I was a girl because of the hands I had.

I was reading what it seems was my own diary.

It was very interesting to me, that I could read all the details and words and phrases of the diary, and feel the touch of turning pages of this diary as "physically real"

I liked that a lot. I've never read a book while on a AP / OBE


The other ones were not that interesting, random cities, random timelines in human history but not that interesting at all. Nothing new to me.


It's really important to have earplugs, because one little noise can awake you, and you will lose that AP

The diary was interesting. It might be harder to keep focus so things do not get distorted. You managed to do it.

I can blot out noises except I cannot blot out my husbands snoring sounds. That is why I have to go to another room.

I am very pleased for you, SF. Many people keep a handwritten diary of their experiences, as with time memories of each projection can begin to fade.
