Opening your Third Eye

i kind of had the same thing, only lots of things would trigger it. It was more of a neutral feeling though, intense and interesting, but not especially pleasurable but not painful either. It would go from my 3rd eye up over the top of my head and down to between my shoulder blades (whereit did feel good). I would notice it when I was standing in front of the TV antenna when i was 9. So I would stand there just to feel it sometimes, as my sister watched curiously I remember thinking it was something everyone could do so I was surprised that they couldn't. After that I would just hold a pencil by my forehead and that would start it, so I did that whenever I studied. Must have helped cuz I did well on tests

Mine was strange lol. It started after id gone through something traumatic and had health problems. I went to an energy healer because medication didn't work. Afterwards my health problems started to clear up and my psychic dreams started to pour in. I also had spirit contact with my grandfather who had just passed.

I knew it was opening when my face would get weird twitches in random spots. First it started with my left eye, then moved over to my right. Then the twitching moved to random parts of my face.

Since then I notice spirits fly and walk by in the corners of my eyes more often now. Im wayyy more sensitive to other peoples energies.

I found a utube video on meditation to close the 3rd eye, plus I have done the counter clock-wise visualization. I am a little less sensitive and have managed to sleep for the past 2 nights with the lights off. There is still a lot of spirit activity in my house, all the walls have spirit flower designs. I usually have snow raining down on me when sitting during the day and at night see many orbs, objects, snow and designs they have made on my bedroom walls.

When you have it open, you should be able to apply light pressure with your finger to the point between your eyebrows, and it will feel like you are pushing on one of your two eye balls. The third eye spot should feel more sensitive then the rest of your face

So... my personal take on this is the natural approach works best.

No techniques, rumbas, programming, probing or anything. Lots of people go overboard and focus on the third eye and it completely upsets their well-being. What is there to focus on?

All the subtle energies will open out in time but absolutely essential is the root foundation which only comes through stilling the mind and entering into some form of real contemplation. Other stuff being very external to this in truth..
