Writing down my dreams...

For the past couple of weeks I have felt compelled to write down my dreams. I don't usually remember my dreams when I wake up but I am starting to now and I'm recording them in a journal. Are there any benefits and advantages to writing your dreams down and if so what are they?

I should start doing this again (or speaking them into a recorder on phone) I forget them when I wake up now but knowing that I have to record them may make me hold onto the memory of them until after I am awake for a while-my initial reasons for recording mine was to wheedle out premönitiön dreams and to test if astral projection was real,I think I managed both those in a short time.

Wow, that's encouraging to hear - I was hoping that maybe it would improve my intuition and subconscious connection. Only time will tell I guess...

I been writing and logging them down for a long time now. The thing I learnt, it's they are all connected. Even the people I meet over there, are common. I mean I don't know them in real life, but they are like close common people over there. It's almost like I have multiples lives or something. Common places too.

I have been doing this for a few years now because I got 12 by a medium and the my local specialist church to write my dreams down I don't know and it makes sense plus a dreams I've had years ago I copied of air and I had a lot of Dreams to write down from 2015 when I joined here which was a long time ago it was plus other sight as well but the website of Long Gone But No Other Como claimed in a journal which helped a lot plus some other dreams I've had so bizarre it's unbelievable but true Because able to trains too
I'm I know of Andre I had my mom passed four weeks ago until 2021 I had a dream that my mum she's next to die and I work of shaking like a leaf and too fade but in a way it was a blessing that she was going to die because you're a dementia in Adventure was getting worse
Then I went back to sleep and I was it a funeral and the people into the funeral for the same type of a coder in and director of funeral and a good friend of mine did I feel she is
Plus IV dreams of May been a funeral director at same place the crop yeah for a few weeks but they got all of me and they belong to me in the dream and I comes through because I am a good person
But keep putting down dirt and journals because you can always come back to them just later on monthly
I am typing with my dyslexia but some Arms my my takes the me so I'll apologize if you don't understand what I was saying

I also write mine and even draw them, my are very lucid, and it’s like I getting training through them, so much knowledge, sometimes it’s the ones that come in small doses that end up fitting together like a puzzle, so it’s worth writing them down and looking back to reflect on them, especially those that are like a simulation and you are able to interact and control.

Being to remember your dreams when you haven’t before.
Having a whole load of them recorded in writing so that you can then analyse them later on.
If you have them all laid out like this, then you may be able to find recurring symbols and themes, which could then give you insight.
