Telepathy with tf too intense
Hello
I had telepathy earlier today with my tf. What happened was, I then went to sleep and when I woke up, my body felt very exhausted and my mind fog increased. It too intense today
Does anyone else have that experience and any advice please?

I have telepathic communication- it comes like native shadows, braids, and clairvoyance- it also feeling and downloading and uploading on the astral world—- it can be pretty intense when it first starts but knowing it’s separated from the self a little- it just intense from already intense subjects of the creative force we are.. feelings and being clear about your intent - affirmations ect can lessen the intensity… meditation helps to find the separation- where it’s not separated…
