Flageolet bean salad with capers, sun dried tomatoes and crushed garlic in the light vinaigrette dressing. With sourdough bread spread with mayo + boiled egg.

I stir fried some chopped red pepper then adding organic prawns (on a lowish heat else they go tough), along with garlic slivers and baby tomatoes - mixing in cooked fusilli pasta. (Should have done with bay leaf and paprika but forgot!)
