I've come to accept also that everything is aware on some level, even what we consider as inanimate.
Concerning this, I was reminded of Jesus' statement about the rocks crying out if the people were to be quiet, when entering Jerusalem on the burro.

Solomon’s Temple stood for some 410 years, and the fire on the brass altar, was never allowed to go out. The oils of the burnt offerings being added to the old oils over all those years.

It is written in chapter one and two of the 2nd book of Maccabees, that before the Babylonians came to attack Jerusalem, Jeremiah took the ark of the covenant and the old tabernacle of God that was kept in the centre of the Temple and hid them in a cave in the mountain upon which Moses gazed at the promised kingdom, before dying there at God’s command, where it remains to this day. It is also written that the priests took some of the fire off the altar of bronze and hid it in an old empty cistern and seal it so no man knew where it was hidden.

Some 70 years later, after the Jews had been released, Nehemiah ordered the descendants of those priests, to whom the location of the eternal flame had been revealed, to retrieve it, but on returning they had found no fire, only some thick liquid. Nehemiah, ordered that they sprinkle the liquid on the sacrifice, and after some time, the sun that had previously been hidden behind the clouds broke through, the sunlight striking that thick liquid kindled a great blaze so that all men marveled.

That oil off the bronze altar, needed only a faint sun beam to ignite it. Did it contain some form of memory? And could the memory of this universe of matter, remain within the energy that this material universe will become, when it is condensed once more into the infinitely dense, infinitely hot, infinitesimally small singularity of origin? And will that information express itself as the resurrected body of this cycle of universal activity, in which, all who do not enter into the eighth generation of eternal light, and who are cast back into the refining fires of physical life, will be reborn.?
