I will usually spend a short time saying my affirmations with Solfeggio Harmonics playing quietly in the background. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLuEy2p2bBw
I can imagine singing affirmations to be very powerful and liberating. I might give it a try! Apart from the one's in this thread, I haven't come across any before. I will have a good look on YouTube tomorrow.

Starchild, I like that music, thanks for sharing. It reminds me of some music I've listened to during yoga - very soothing.
Actually, I tried that (opera style affirmations) but not at 6am - & my littlest one couldn't stop laughing & said, "Do it again!" :)

Wow!! this is wonderful!!....I never thought about doing affirmations to music before, I'm sure going to try this, I'm glad I found this thread :)...
