Obligations

When enlightening a subject with a reading by Tarot, Crystals, Runes, Dark Mirror or whatever does the Reader have any obligation other than to interpret what they see.
For example if they have private knowledge that is not shown in the reading that may affect the decisions the subject might make in response to the reading
Also has the Reader any moral obligation to act on the knowledge they have gained from the reading
