I use Young Living Oil blends "Peace And Calm" and "Tranquility", and there valerian is great for inducing good sound sleep.

I could list quite a few. The ones I've tried and really liked are:
cedarwood - a sweet woody aroma
clary sage - sweetly herbaceous and nutty with a floral tinge (balances hormones)
Melissa - a light fresh and distinctly lemony smell- calms and uplifts
ylang ylang - sweet and floral, smells of almonds and jasmine combined - nice in bath

moke - I use Wyndmere's RELAXING blend that has Lavender, Tangerine, Marjoram, Petitgrain, Vetiver & R. Chamomile
I use it on my wrist to help relax and to assist in meditation. I get it at Whole Foods.
