Why does the energy body vibrate ?

I understand that you can induce vibration in order to create an obe.

But why do you vibrate naturally without trying ? Is it simply ascension ?

For 5 years I was vibrating increasingly stronger, every time upon waking, I was in and out of doctors checking blood sugar and was convinced I was diabetic, all test were always clear, before I finally came to realise it was the energy body.

Do you think it is just ascension ? And if that's the case will it always just be that way now ?

When the vibration of the energy body rises, it in short terms pulls the physical body with it, thus clearing all energies in it that is not in coherence with the energy body. It should at least make it easier to stay in that vibratonal state, as the intensity of it drops as the coherence rises.

...though it never happens unitentional. It is always either consicous or sunconscios. The latter should be permanent since it is happening through a natural drift from within.
