Story of the 2nd third of my life. I don't know how it all works exactly, all I know is when I am not seeing something utterly amazing and unique that blows my mind, I at least get get this soul-soothing vibe from it all.

Nature is my sanctuary.

Sitting with my eyes closed, listening to the wind whispering through the trees and the birds singing sweetly, breathing in the scent of pine and eucalyptus, makes everything else fall away.

It is in this moment that I feel truly connected.

I did that very thing this weekend. Really needed it! Such an amazing feeling.

When feeling frustrated, sick, overheated, etc. I simply go outside barefoot and walk on the cool grass for a minute. Instantly feel better :)
