Here's a vision that puts me into a relaxed frequency-state everytime i do it.
Also i feel warmth spreading over my body.


Imagine that your self is sleeping into the outer space.There's only blackness.No stars,no planets,nothing.There's only your self,and he's enjoying a deep and relaxed sleep.

You zoom in,and you see your face,hearing the breath as well.(like a face to face close up)
