Oh!! I have been looking for someone who tried those. Everyone seems to say the same, but can you elaborate please? I read that the "weaving" of plants was what made it close to a real meat burger, texture speaking, but the taste was not quite there yet, despite a real effort.

Yes, the taste is not 100% similar to meat. But, the taste is close enough where if you were to quit meat for several months, you would not be able to tell the difference.

It is definitely worth buying.

I would definitely recommend speaking to a qualified registered dietician or medical professional. From what you say, though, it could just be withdrawal like symptoms since you are only giving it two weeks. It took me a couple of months to make the switch over 20 years ago.
