Hello,
I was meditating lying on my back yesterday, my cat was not on my chest this time  , and I started to feel, way over my heart chakra in the astral sky, a start, a bindu or a soul? and I could watch all my energy flowing towards it.
Just wonderful!

Maybe she (cat/Mia) felt the energy flow and just was eager to join in ! So as to feel whatever was "meant" to come to her.
That's a nice bird.
I definitely see butterfly wings too.
Maybe the dot you felt was the muladhara, rooted in soil and going over the skies we know. So, a start ? Of course, going from the ground up !  |

After eating outside on this nice hot day with my tender half, we sat on our sofas we have outside and this beautiful butterfly landed on my arm. It staid there a very long while until I tried to see if I could caress its wings with one of my fingers. But if flew away when my finger approached it.
So much beauty in this life...
