Did you feel out of balance before...
Before you or your tf ran, did you feel unbalanced, unhealthy, icky, obsessive, insecure or just generally miserable? I definitely need a break and what others experienced just before splitting with tf.

Hmm...are you asking whether these feelings would be present in a breaking off with a twin flame? To see if that indicates whether this connection is a twin one or not?
Truthfully, when we are in an unhealthy situation we are bound to feel icky and obsessed and whatnot. That tells us it's time to take a break, for sure!

Please don't take offense by what I'm about to say, I have to admit that I'm finding it somewhat difficult to keep up with your story.
It may be my own (mis) interpretation of your posts, but I'm getting mixed messages from reading some of them. Are you sure that you really want to cease contact with this man?
