Past life regression rookie

Hi

I am a deeply spiritual person but I am new to this aspect of myself. It has recently come into my consiousness that I should prehaps do some 'past-life regression'. Although the thought of this I have found this a little scary. I think I might take the plunge!

I basically just wanted to know the benefits of doing this? Can it help improve our lives now? Or is it merely a trip back through our past lives to see what went on.

Past life regression not only can help you better understand issues you have struggled with in a past life.......but you can also uncover the purpose behind health problems you might struggle with now. I haven't had a chance to do it myself but it seems like it would be worth it.

There's nothing scary about doing past life regression. If you're uncomfortable with the concept, put off doing it for now.

The little bit I've done, most of it channeled instantly through others more in contact with their Guides/Angels have helped me to see why I have some of the talents I have now. My own investigations into it have provided even more information about talents I just suddenly seem to recall and know how to use instantly.

This helps me to gain acceptance of the over all awakening process and the many gifts it came with, I was feeling like a freak to say the least, knowing I've been working on these for many lifetimes helps to not reject the gifts in the present and stick me head back in the sand quickly lest someone think I'm whoo-whoo.
