Do you trust everything you see?

I am just wondering your thoughts on this topic, do you believe in everything you see? is it real or just a fantasy?
do you believe in them? and interpret them into you waking life? to enlighten spirit?

so when i was young, there were 'overlays' being made on my vision. Which I actually fought against.

now with the 'cave' thing (where you can go into a cave and they turn all the lights out but you can still see outlines of your hands) and the overall thought that maybe a better place to concentrate is on 'feeling' anyway, and a lot of thoughts I've read about people having over the ages, I have a strong sense that whatever it is I'm seeing isn't the 'real reality' whatever that is. So if that is what I want that isn't what I'm getting lol...

not that I think it a big deal anymore. Life doesn't have to be 'perfect' to still be life....

It depends on how it is shown to me, but thus far what I have seen has been accurate when it comes to fruition. When I am shown things during meditation I am always given a way to validate it if I care to. It just depends on how important it is. I also ask the universe to tell me or guide me if I am supposed to do something. Truth is you're not always supposed to do anything. It is shown to you so you know who you are.

I trust that I saw what I saw. Dream, vision, meditation, fever, if I saw a cow I saw a cow. Or rather, I trust that I saw an image of a cow. How I came to see it is interesting in itself, but the important part to me is what it means. I think it is safe to assume I am not going to be doing any milking in the near future.

Everything you see and feel whether visions or dreams or waking imaginations, it’s all an ever changing view and flow life. So is it real in a sense that you cling to it as solid and fixed? Or is it real in a sense that in that moment you’re creating a little piece of reality as an ever changing process, a continuum of life.

We create our own symbolism and characters through feelings and associations, imaginings and what’s real and not real all the time.

So for me it’s not so much having to believe in what I see, but rather let it open me up to notice myself in it and through it. It’s like an unravelling to become aware of you and your life process in its creation.

The reality of life is always trying to wake us up to seeing things as they are and more directly. So the unravelling and symbolism is our creation leading us to more of ourselves in all that.

If you sit long enough with what you see, you’ll open to how that feels without clinging or distraction. When you open to how it feels in you, you’ll often see a relationship to something in your life, or past life.. then you’ll become aware of the wisdom you hold within all that.
