Question everything about it , what it's source is to you , what it means to you , how it got there , what other aspects or perceptions and / or beliefs it might be tied to? Everything. Though , for it while this can bring it more to the forefront, where you can face it , but it can be transformed , it's harder for it to hide if it's being exposed.

It might be hard to get rid of anxiety completely, but you can certainly do things to reduce your symptoms. The videos you guys shared are good. There are many like that on YouTube, but I like the personal approach more when dealing with anxiety.
Talking to a therapist is probably the best way to deal with it. Still, many people aren't comfortable with talking to a therapist or don't have the money to do it.
If I can make a contribution to this discussion, then I would recommend the Calmer App. It is an app that is still in beta version, but I hope it will be officially launched soon.
It has everything you need to train self-control, including guided meditation, instant anxiety relief tools and cognitive behavior therapy methods. I use it daily since I found out about it
