Hello,in my case,i faced a very diffucult emotional situation 3 years back during covid restrictions and toxic workplace,after i retired from this job back at late 2020,i felt into deep depression and fatigue,i got medd,antidepressants,i gained overweight,i disgnosed with avoidant personality disorder,then i diagnosed with hashimoto disease and i got thyroxine therapy,till now i cannot remove the traumas and olf conditions from back then and still following me now emotionally.

I've changed 3 therapists so far,but got no healing for these issues at all.Then started a bit doing reiki self healing,but not time to get full into it.

What you guys could suggest me to try,i want to get rid of old negative emotions,sadness and old traumas even from childhood years following me.What have you tried for your own issue and worked with siccess?

please view all the responses posted in this thread. There are some hidden treasures there (Lynn, Miss Hepburn and FairyCrystal to name a few, delved deeper into their process). Go with what feels right for you at this time. What picks your interest? And start there.
As for your second question
What have you tried for your own issue and worked with siccess?
here's my reply. I have engaged in extensive energy healing, releasing negative narratives about others in my life through forgiveness and the ho'oponopono prayer, cultivating a meditation practice, and embracing breathwork. I've also worked on releasing negative emotions and thoughts via somatic processing (highly recommend), cutting energetic cords, and undertaking physical detoxification through saunas, sweating, and intermittent fasting. Moreover, I've learned to forgive myself, not to be overly critical, and to love myself more deeply. Reflecting on this journey, I realize it's an ongoing process where we continually work to let go of fears, patterns, beliefs, or identities that no longer serve us.
Therefore, it's important to be kind to yourself and trust that your Higher Self, Great Spirit, God, or Guides (whatever your beliefs may be) will lead you in the right direction. I hope this helps you even a little :)

As of right now I am talking to a therapist to help with my emotional trauma. I've noticed since I've been talking to her, I am also noticing new symptoms of health issues. I feel maybe they've been stored inside my body all these years and now that I'm talking about it, they're coming to the surface. Maybe I'm thinking way too much about it but I am focusing more about how I feel inside and trying to get better so I can move past things in my life. So much has happened in my life and therapy and meditation has both worked for me. Everyone deals with things differently though, so I respect whatever someone has to do in order to heal. We're all different and do different things. I've become less angry since my healing journey though.
