Would this be a sign

Hypothetically speaking:

Say that certain circumstances happened where you were led to believe that your father's favorite color was blue. A few weeks later you are put in the mental institution and a random patient in there tells you that your father's favorite color was blue without you asking. Two weeks after that you are arrested. On the day you have court you are put into a cell where the patient from the institution happens to be. In there he tells you again your father's favorite color was blue.

Would you conclude this to be a sign that the universe or God would like me to know that my dad's favorite color was is blue?

God makes the clear sky blue for a reason, so you can see him as the sun.

Although it seems coincidental I would not consider it a sign if it happened to me.
