I have learned of several techniques when opening and clearing chakras expanding etc mainly acheived via visualization and breathing tech has anybody when completed there exercise felt there aura from what i remember you must not bring your hands together as this neutralises the experience if you slowly run your hand above your other hand or arm about 4 or 5 inchs you will feel an intense tingling sensation this is your aura the only other time i will feel this is when i have been in deep meditation thats another subject though
