Unusual pressure

For a few weeks now; after I had tried to summon an Incubus, I've had this weird pressure on my back. It feels like two fingers pressing under my left shoulder blade; and sometimes the pressure would travel to different areas; keeping the same form.

Now, just to explain what I meant by trying to summon an Incubus; I just did it for giggles from one of those sites; you know, "spells of magic", knowing that a lot of the spells on there are written by children who cannot even spell right.

And since then, nothing besides this pressure as persisted; maybe from a few seconds to 2-3 minutes tops, but occurs more often some days, and less on other days.

What do you think this is; knowing that its not an Incubus obviously. And has anybody else experienced the same thing, or at least something similar?

I could be wrong, but maybe you did something crazy during the whole summoning stuff that wasn't very beneficial for your back. So the only thing I can suggest is a visit to the physiotherapist.
