Yesterday I was in town, and 2 ladies with yellow council jackets on, were putting a little colour poster up on a lamppost 'masked up' in the street they were, I said do you want a getting through to Christmas in good shape poster for your staffroom, all the shops are supporting it - 'blank look from them' - and I then said do they make you wear those outside in the fresh air - stunned look, then one seemed to smile and said we're on an important mission - but no thanks, so off I went.

On my way back they were doing the same on another lamppost... oh free covid testing posters I said - yes you want one? I said do you know they're doing this wrong this testing - when people are told they've got this ferocious thing inside them, the fear it creates is ridiculous, instead of saying you have an infection go and isolate - they both agreed, and took my website details.

So later on yesterday I had this song going through my head when walking little dog - 'thunder only happens when its raining' - its an old song, not heard it in years - knowing I get songs sent to me for reasons/guidance - raining viruses I thought.

Well later after tea still my tinnitus is up - i'm looking up at my support, thinking - message? So I relaxed later SP Concentration to clear the mind, and this brilliant idea came through to me... follow this through - and the wording came to me for a new email, and they're getting through and being picked up, counters on the move.

This is my simple email I sent out last night and today to many collages and government MPs.... - and of course this is worldwide on here, and people are looking - and here is a copy of my email if anyone can be bothered to send it to their town - no cost for it.

One wonders, if covid tests in coming months/years - when people learn different ways to promote the testing, and the poor people who get told - 'oh yes you've got it' - its inside you - the fear that creates... Instead of telling someone you're infected with something, go and isolate - we shall see I suppose in the future.

I've mentioned this possibility in the future on my free website, that is here to help us all 'now' in the UK 'as a unit' get through to Christmas in good shape...

I enjoyed reading the website. It made me smile. You are right we need to think of ways and do things to make us feel happier. There is a lot of doom and gloom on the news. I have noticed I am looking at the news less and less. Feeling good and positive helps to keep the doctor away. I believe that. I know from experience.

Shortly on radio 2 here ?? is going to be talking about normal winter flu bugs and people will need jabbing for those - all the masking up has made our immune systems weak he just said - as ive been saying on my website immune systems need battle practice to make them stronger...

Ive taken his name out out of my message, he's not even worthy of his name on here - I used to listen to him every day over the years... Then as I researched human energy 'vibes' I realised he was spouting negative energy on his show, spreading fear last year especially - he sounded so confused today with his negative energy specialists, with what sounds like positive attitude, but isn't.

Radio presenter man, he's in his 50's, said he had covid 'last December' it says online, then jabbed up this year - and he said he beat covid in 4 days - but when he had flu several years ago, it knocked him off his feet for weeks, a very confused man trying to guide the country through national radio - give us strength...

Stay positive there everyone, keep your immune system strong - there'll be good messages here to come.

He looks a bit like me actually working out in the gym with the weights... I know in my dreams eh - stay positive there everyone - keep busy...

Yesterday was the first day I went out in four months. It was great. I played mahjong with a friend. Today I visited my mother who lives in a nursing home. Tomorrow I am having a coffee at a coffee shop with a friend in the morning and again in the afternoon with another friend. Lock down restrictions is mostly over for vaccinated people. People who are not vaccinated will have their freedom as well as people who are vaccinated starting on 1 December. On December 1 more restrictions will ease. I think life will be back to normal with the restrictions.

The chemist here still has its sign up at the door ''wise up / mask up'' - me and little lad 'my dog' were at the railway station today after dropping my wife off for work in the town centre - its busy the station now, as some normality arrives here in recent months.

He loves trains my dog - one lady said today, he must have been a train spotter in a former life lol - and the intercom says there a train coming in on platform one and he's up and alert looking down the track looking for it to arrive.

And on the intercom, lady says - out of respect for others please wear your mask when in confined spaces - and I reckon 80/90% of people today on those busy carriages are unmasked - just getting on with it... We shall see as time progresses up to Christmas - hopefully this will continue...

Where I live, it seems more people are masking up and keeping their distances.
Fear, especially the fear of the unknown, seems to have a hold on people.
As for me, I have been spending a lot of time working by myself. And I have been getting a lot of work done.Once was very acive in many of the healing 'arts'. Thinking about getting back.
