Supposed to mean that there is a part of God within us, i.e. we are not the whole package but some may misinterpret it to mean that! It would have been a better saying for being clearer e.g. 'Ye are part of God'

Where do you get your source of information??? Supposed??? Supposed by whom??? If he meant to say it your way...then why didn't he???

Yeshua Ben Joseph ! Ha, is how I know him, too. 
Funny, in every Bible I have seen it says,"Ye are gods.''
And it means just that, as far as I can see...not part of The One, Father/God.
(Not saying that we are not, mind you.)

How do you know for sure that he said it "your way"? Were you there, listening to him?
So.. Written in a book or not.. We can't know for sure. |

I go with what I find resonates with me regarding truth. It makes more sense that we are part of the whole divinity. We have souls which is the essence/the spark.
