Hello
So many things.....its like a spinning wheel or is it more like the tarot reference of the "Hamster Wheel" where you keep going around in circles and not seeing that your on that wheel for too long.
Then you see that its not you that is in the wheel but the World that is on that wheel. Much of your own day to day life has not changed that much. You get up shower, dress, go to work, go shopping come home and make family a meal. The difference is that your in a mask all that time, your social distanced all that time, your missing out on a lot of human social interactions, that thing called "touch". Now I am not a huge huggy kissy person, but I know we need some of that aspect in life.
Where are we going ? For now on the Hamster Wheel is our life. The hope is that we know well that the hamster in his / her cage does not keep going on that wheel they do get off it and do something else.

Thinking about strange terms I learned over the past few years. Terms like "selfie", "forest bathing" (a walk in the forest), and get this one, "wild swimming"( swimming in lake) I just learned that one. Isn't that over dramatizing something for what it is? Or am I just getting old?
